A whole lot of time and effort went into the design of our kitchens at The 3880. The well-known kitchen triangle forms the basis of our kitchen layouts to make cooking more efficient.
The oversized island creates an all-in-one kitchen and dinner table which simplifies cooking, serving and cleaning up.
Slide a table underneath to host a dinner party with seating up to seven.
All cabinetry is custom-made with lots of storage, auto-close hardware and designer cabinet pulls. Cabinets extend right up to the ceiling with an adjacent spacious pantry.
Cabinets extend right up to the ceiling with a spacious pantry, a pull-out trash bin with a dedicated recycle bin plus separate storage for plates or glassware adjacent to the dining area.
Cooking with gas is far superior than electric. All 3880 kitchens are outfitted with Frigidaire gas ranges. Vent hoods are modern and stainless, and microwaves are built-in to save counter space.
Dishwashers are quiet and efficient, and sinks are over-sized single-bowl which makes cleaning little easier.
Sinks are over-sized single-bowls which makes prepping and cleaning a little easier. Our disposals come with push-button accessibility built directly into the countertop. Our faucets are sleek and modern, and come with built-in sprayers.
Outlets and switches are built directly into backsplashes for easy access, and are trimmed with stainless steel faceplates for a clean look.
WE LOVE BATHROOMS
A beautiful, spacious bathroom makes a home. Nothing is more important than a wonderful bathroom with a large shower, a big vanity and elegant tile and lighting.
Great lighting makes a bath sexy. Our edge-lit mirrors provide direct soft light compared to more common back-lit mirrors. They also eliminate the need for sconces which can clutter a space.
Under cabinet LED's emit a white glow that softens the bathroom's solid surfaces making it feel warmer and more inviting.
Art illuminated by a narrow spot LED gives an edge of sophistication.
Eight-foot floating vanities with custom, soft-close cabinets and solid-surface slab countertops
Frameless glass, large shampoo niches and designer hardware highlight our large showers, and tile extends right up to the ceiling.
DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS
Bathroom floors consist of 12x24 inch porcelain tile with 1/16" grout lines. The edges are rectified versus beveled which allows for tighter grout lines which in turn creates a cleaner, more seamless look.
We use the same beautiful porcelain tile cut-to-size for baseboards. Schluter wraps the top of each tile and continues around all shower tile edges. The chosen schluter will have a hint of brown in order to play well with the tile that it surrounds in the transitional units. In the modern units, the schluter is more silvery to match the grays and whites of the tile.
The resulting look is polished and sophisticated.
To add texture our modern units have beautiful accent walls. They add texture and depth and don't compete with existing wall tile.
