FLOOR PLANS
Life outside the home is hectic and complicated, so life at home should be simple and organized.
Our design team creates efficient layouts without any awkward or unusable areas. Square footage taken up by halls and corridors has been put into bedrooms and living rooms so that those rooms are large and have similar scale to single family homes.
We love bright open spaces created by tall ceilings and large windows.
LIVING ROOM + KITCHEN
Our living rooms are flexible and large, and are great for entertaining. Seven people can be seated comfortably (as shown).
Easily add a desk and chair near the stair landing for a convenient office nook. The powder bath has separation from the living room and kitchen.
DINING UP TO SEVEN

MASTER SUITE
Master suites at The 3880 are spacious and function well for two people. A king size bed and two end tables fit comfortably with adequate space for a sitting area, a TV and console table.
The master bath consists of an 8' wide vanity that offers plenty of space and separation, a private water closet and an over-sized shower with room for 3 (if you're into that).
The entire second floor was designed around the master closet. It offers plenty of storage and enough room for two people including both summer and winter outfits.
